I worked here for 2 years and in that time I struggled going back to work daily. The wage for experienced MAs is a joke for the amount of work they expect you to do. Primary care is not for the faint of heart. My coworkers were the reason I stayed as long as I did. Management is at constant war with the DON and the employees are in the middle like divorcee children. I’ve never worked in a place that the entire department left at one time. If this is all ok with you then this is the place for you!
