Data Entry Clerk in Potsdam:
Pros: I like the work I do and I like my current direct supervisor and coworker.
Cons: I am getting paid below average and doing more than my own work. Our department has lost 7 people in the last year and none of them have been replaced. So the people remaining are required to pick up the slack, while offering no pay raise or incentive.
It’s challenging sometimes because this is the first round of actual commercial journeyman working in the field and there is a distance of what we actually can do and what we know because management does not have a good understanding of our trades.

Pros: Calm atmosphere, no one constantly looking over your shoulder and the benefits.
Cons: Seems to be office politics of who gets promoted and who is favored.
