What is it like working at Clark County?
I work for clients that are mentally ill. I keep their bills paid and they have a home.
Benefits Coordinator in Springfield:
Pros: I manage the Social Security benefits of the mentally ill clients that are unable. I make sure their rent and utilities are paid and they have funds throughout the month.
I also handle all the office and administration details.
Cons: I feel like I'm being quietly fired. I get more responsibility but no more money. No appreciation or acknowledgment of what I am doing from anyone other than my immediate supervisor.
Its a great organization.
Office Manager in Las Vegas:

Cons: The compensation
Love / Hate.
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in Las Vegas:
Pros: Autonomous development with BI tools
Cons: No career advancement forces employees to stagnate in
their skills. There are no internal programs for career development. Company solicits externally for new people with certain skill sets rather than giving current employees development opportunities.
