City of Tucson Reviews

What is it like working at City of Tucson?

Interesting.
Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Technician in Tucson:
Pros: Working in the field on instrumentation and scada
Cons: Not having enough people, being short handed
Communications Technician in Tucson:
The organization is only wanting to hire and promote those near retirement. They want people to have 25 years of experience in order to be promoted. In this way, those that are promoted are not worried about pay. The pay is half of what the private sector pays. The pay scale is not really a pay scale, a person always starts at the bottom. Easy job, good for those either with no experience looking to start somewhere or those near retirement looking to ease into retirement.
Done with Government Jobs!
Management Analyst in Tucson:
Pros: Independence
Cons: Dead-end job, not being heard, assumptions and criticism and overall bad behavior. No praise, just criticism.
