Discrimination sexually and racially.
Stock Clerk in Kansas City:
Pros: I like what I actually do day to day
Cons: They hold back strong black women from promoting and elevating. They also enforce the buddy system along with nepotism.
A lot more responsibility but an opportunity to obtain managerial training and experience.
Administrative Officer in Kansas City:
Pros: The co-workers & atmosphere. Feeling appreciates for the work done.
Cons: The gossip.
Exhausting but Fulfilling.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in Kansas City:
Pros: Any time you have the opportunity to help someone who may be in trouble with legal troubles or struggling with addiction, this is a perk to having this line of work. The continuous helping of others.
Cons: Underpaid and overworked. There is A LOT that is ask of my colleagues and I. We can't balance everything but we do our best.
Payroll Clerk:
Managers do not follow through. Seem to do more for new emp!oyees than for employees with years of service. Benefits are very good. Compensation is on low end for what is expected. Seem to have a revolving door difficulty keeping key people.
