Bartender.
Bartender in Mesa:
Pros: Fun environment, lots of great people, most customers are great
Cons: Pay, some parts of management
Usher in Rancho Mirage:
Pros: it's a fairly easy job, great managers and coworkers that make my day go by faster
Cons: i don't have any negative reviews
It’s alright.
Team Leader, General in Houston:
Pros: Discounted concessions and the people I work with
Cons: Immature coworkers and bad customers
Its been a nice experience , a good first job.
Cashier in Wichita Falls:
Pros: The people who work there are really nice , as well as the managers
Cons: n/a
Communication is the key.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Mountain View:
Pros: the people most of them are a good helper
Cons: nothing i can think of at this moment
It's okay, unless your aren't with the managers.
Server in Bellevue:
Pros: The workers and the guests that we server all typically have a good energy and spirit to them. It's fun to learn all the alcohol drinks and cocktails.
Cons: If you do have a concern that needs to be discussed, then it's most likely to be ignored. If management does have a problem with something you have done, it is never said to you or are you given a warning. Rather you are typically just written up and sometimes suspended without prior verbal warning. Most managers wish to only observe, rather than help their employees when they're going through lunch/dinner rushes. Many employees are not given adequate time for lunch or breaks, many are forced to eat leftovers from guests, others have just chosen not eat for their entire 8-12 hour shifts.
Do Not Recommend.
Retail Cashier in Somerdale:
Pros: I like to work in customer service, it’s something i’m good at while also in highschool.
Cons: The management in my theatre, Cinemark in Somerdale, NJ, is terrible. They treat their employees with upmost disrespect and i am appalled that i have managed to put up with it for over a year now.
