JanssenCJDR has been a wonderful experience for me as a technician.
Process Improvement Manager:
Long hours, we have been in launch mode for over 2 years. No pay raise in 3 years but paid OT for salaried employees which is rare in the industry especially at a senior level. Bonus structure is average. One perk is the company lease program. Unlimited mileage and all maintenance covered.
Production Supervisor:
As a Unit Leader (Supervisor) you will have to deal with upper management micromanaging EVERYTHING! I've come close on multiple occasions to walking into the office, handing my radio to my manager and telling them since they want to run the floor I'll go home.
The pay is decent but should be more due putting up with so much garbage. The benefits are outstanding!
