Stressful and not paid enough.
Kitchen Manager in Phoenix:
Pros: I like seeing people develop around me and serving hundreds of people an day
Cons: The pay and not having that many people leading me to work way more than I have to
It's rad.
Food Service Manager in Mount Vernon:
Pros: The benefits are nice, and free food is also very nice.
Cons: Feeling unappreciated a lot of the time.
If I had a better boss, id have a better job.
General Manager, Restaurant in Louisville:
Pros: Training and developing my people
Cons: No upper management support or room for growth unless you're in the good ol boys club (this is coming from a male)
Hectic, fun, semi impossible, labor is useless.
Customer Service Cashier in Coon Rapids:
Pros: Coworkers and making people leave happy
Cons: The cleaning is impossible given labor.
No appreciation for employees.
Crew Leader in Raleigh:
Pros: Free food and somewhat flexible schedule
Cons: Not getting paid enough, no promotions or raises
Honestly I’ve been doing Service work for months now android even played a helping role with the NRO Oxon Hill and just received the pay of service 3 days ago.....Very long process And it makes me ask how do they determine value?
Service Manager in Oxon Hill:
Pros: Love interacting with my fellow community.I love when you start to develop regulars because the food you put out is good and the guest experience is even better.I also love moving at a fast pace, I started Chipotle’s in high school at a store that averages 13k on a slow day. The pace we had to move was blazing and that sticks with me till this day.
Cons: I associate value with pay and it seems this is not a concept the company wants to go with. I worked my whole first 3 years at minimum wage. Wasn’t till later I discovered they gave a guy a big raise when the staff could tell you he was lazy. Value in this company goes to the favorites.
Exhausting.
Prep Cook in Allen:
Pros: working with friends
Cons: The manager and the assistant managers, lots of unanswered questions.
