Chili's Grill & Bar Reviews

What is it like working at Chili's Grill & Bar?

Average.
Host/Hostess in Frisco:
Pros: Interacting with customers as they walk into the restaurant and getting to know a little bit about them.
Cons: I'm not getting enough hours or enough pay considering I have prior experience to my current position.
Stressful unless paired with competent workers and supervisors.
Line Cook in Muncie:
Pros: Free meals, flexibility
Cons: Some neglect, cheapness
I love cooking.
Head Chef/Cook in Spokane:
Pros: Cooking quality meals
Cons: Being the only cook on my shift always and making minimum wage with zero benefits
Dishwasher in New Orleans:
Its not good, as a older woman I am paid less for a job I do than a younger man, I do more work than them but receive very little praise, I have been given no raise in salary since coming to work at chilis I also get no bonuses.it is not a place for women to work in the kitchen.
Too busy for one person it's dumb.
Line Cook in Houston:
Pros: The food.
Cons: You have to work current days with 2 or 3 people on the cook line if you great services i believe fast is the key .
Stay Far, Far Away.
Prep Cook in Beckley:
Pros: My days off are the only thing I like about my job.
Cons: They don't offer paid vacations to full-time hourly employees. The pay is low. Raises are few and far between. Management is just there to collect a paycheck and do the least amount of work they can get away with. There's no accountability when people don't do their jobs. The hours are long, tedious and monotonous. Did I mention the pay is low and they don't offer full-time hourly employees paid vacations? It's hands-down the worst job I've had in my life.
I do too much work for what I'm getting compensated.
Prep Cook:
Pros: I like the job, but I just don't feel like $10 per hour is enough.
Cons: Not enough pay.
