Children of America, Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Children of America, Inc?
Director, Child Care in Richmond:
Fantastic work enviroment. Properlly motivated upper management. The CEO and VP and DM's genuinely care about kids first. I have seen it with my own eyes. I work in the trenches. They care about their people.
Happy Team Member.
Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in Tinley Park:
Pros: What I like most about working at Children of America is the people that I work with both the staff and the families. Children of America does it's best to take care of their employees while also caring for the families and their bottom line. They have their good and bad points but most places do. I am very happy with my current job.
Cons: The turnover rate though it is part of the role of working in ECE. I would also like the company to pay teachers a better rate and also I would very much like the company to match our 401(k).
