I try to “love what I do, love who I do it with and who I do it for”. But it can be get very stressful and draining when you don’t feel appreciated.

Pros: Creating relationships with co-workers and is fairly laid back
Cons: Long hours because of low pay

Pros: The part I enjoy most is being able to work with great team-members to provide an amazing experience for all of our guests.
Cons: It is a very stressful work environment, especially for members of leadership.
