Pros: For the most part its like a family although like most families there are some drama, although given that circumstance at the end of the day the job gets done and that is the most important part about a business.
Cons: Honestly I feel like I'm underappreciated especially because the amount of hours I put in for example I casually on a daily basis open and close the establishment pulling two shifts regardless on my days off I am bombarded with requests to come in for work leaving me feeling guilty but despite that during my work hours I work as hard as I can.
