Recently new hires have been physically violent too coworkers.
Laborer in Dayton:
Pros: For managers and above are happy because they make more money we need to at least be making $17 an hour because of inflation can't afford to stay here have a home mortgage sad could be a good place with so many experienced Employees leaving because of the money per hour not being enough
Cons: Not making enough money for our 20 20 22 we are in inflation going to have to leave to find a higher paying job have 40 Years of good job experience
I was baited and switched into this position and am not happy with the environment here.
