Cons: Too many requirements demanded daily without realistic time to complete or ability to do so; demands of personal time; inhumane treatment (example: no restroom breaks or breaks period for classroom teachers); many un-supportive admin who carter to parent pressure; requirements without proper notification, materials, or directives; PBIS dictated (incorrectly) which destroys teacher's ability to effectively manage their class; time wasteful mandates...just to mention a few.
