Change Healthcare Reviews

What is it like working at Change Healthcare?

Rewarding yet very stressful.
Disability Specialist in Bangor:
Pros: Assisting them with getting maine care or social security
Cons: So many programs to offer patients
Nowhere to go, unless you work in Nashville.
Production Operator in Salt Lake City:
Pros: HSA
Cons: Change Healthcare does not value its auxiliary locations nor its employees. A good work ethic isn't acknowledged nor adequately rewarded. The attendance policy is not fairly adhered to. Upper management is MIA on a weekly basis. Every year we are stripped of more benefits, and the pay isn't equal to the quality and quantity of work that is produced in the Operations Department. Nepotism. The work environment and our lack of good equipment is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Normal.
Manager, Engagement (Client Services) in Hialeah:
Pros: The type of help we offer to our Seniors & my colleges
Cons: The deferential payment between man or woman in the same position
Challenging.
Information Technology (IT) Director in Charlotte:
Pros: Positive impact on patient care and healthcare operations
Cons: Views of women in IT positions
