Chamberlain College of Nursing Reviews
What is it like working at Chamberlain College of Nursing?
Glass Walls! Better yet... GLASS CEILINGS!
Admissions Coordinator in Maryland Heights:
Pros: Interaction with all forms of human life who have a desire to be a nurse. Having conversations with others from different walks of life is relaxing to say the least.
Cons: The favoritism and discrimination within departments. The high expectations with not enough pay. The level of stress you have daily is insane. Chamberlain wants you to to know processes & procedures for every department you don't work in along with your specific role responsibilities. It's entirely too much & management takes advantage of good workers by dumping an ample amount of extra work on them. I have a migraine right now & I haven't even been to lunch yet. Anyhow... there are good colleagues here, but management team need some work!
