Pros: Personally, my work/life balance is good. Working from home 3+ days a week has been a relief and allowed me to get more things done in my personal life. However, not everyone at the company has theis benefit.
Cons: Long-term employees are not regularyl rewarded for hard work. Pay and benefits are not competitive. Work environment is toxic and people complain constantly. Employee turnover is generally high.
