Cons: The over abundance of highly paid administrators who contribute "0" to patient care doing nothing to retain experienced staff at the bedside cutting benefits anytime they get a chance.
Great patients, management is severely impaired.

Hectic. All the time. The hospital is understaffed and the materials and equipment we have to treat patients is lacking. Equipment is constantly breaking and the communication between staff is terrible.
