What is it like working at Centracare?

Pros: My own desk, great manager
Cons: Before we merged with CentraCare we received Christmas bonuses, employee appreciation dinner and gifts. It seems like things aren't focused much on the small people like me. I don't feel very appreciated.
MicroManaged.
