Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Reviews

What is it like working at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center?

Great.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type) in Los Angeles:
Pros: Being able to do tasks at my own pace, make my own hourly schedule, take breaks when I need, take my lunch when I need, training and education in my field is available, I can ask for support when necessary
Cons: pay scale can differ for everyone, not necessarily transparent on what we all get paid so we can choose if we would like to move up or move to a different position
I had higher expectations.
Pharmacy Technician in Los Angeles:
Pros: Cedars-Sinai has a lot of benefits and opportunities for their employees. If you take advantage of them you’ll feel grateful to be there. Making hundreds of individualized IV’s every shift is oddly satisfying and each one is just as special to me because I know they’ll become part of our patients’ wellbeing.
Cons: My workspace is inadequate. Management is dismissive and not resourceful. I feel overworked, unappreciated, & underpaid. Some coworkers are problematic & saboteurs.
Sonographer in Los Angeles:
I am enjoying working here. The pros are there is a culture of support for success on department level down to individual level. This means management to staff communication and education is a priority, and staff to management communication is encouraged.Pay is good, as are the benefits.
So much potential to be much better and more rewarding.
Program Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization in Los Angeles:
Pros: flexible hours
Cons: I believe that I get treated unfairly for numerous reasons
