It’s a nice place to work at. It helps me get my head in the game.
Cashier in Little Falls:
Pros: the customers. it’s so interesting seeing so many people.
Cons: the uniform.
It's stressful when the other employees don't do their job.
Food Service Worker in Slater:
Pros: I work overnight and it's less people.
Cons: The other employees not doing their jobs
Growing pains.. Company invested lots of capital to expand beyond its reach. Pandemic and underemployment, and early open/ late closing times have made the ever moving finish line uncrossable.
Retail Store Manager in Cedar Rapids:
Pros: Interaction with staff and guests, and variable job tasks.
Cons: Work-life balance has become untenable. Took the job for primarily weekdays. Weekends and evenings have become increasingly required without compensation.
It a easy and fun job.with a lot of learning skills for the futre.

Pros: I love my customers and making them happy
Cons: Not enough hours
Food Service Manager in Paola:
About the only difference between a food service leader and a team member is you have to cover everyone's shifts that don't show up. They really don't let you have much say in anything else. They will work you till close then back up to do donuts at 3am so don't plan on sleeping much.
Depending on your direct supervisor Caseys is indifferent to anyone lower than the Area Supervisor.

Pros: Being able to manage my own time.
Cons: No expectations of the employees.
It’s okay. However with my experience and knowledge with supervision, cell lead, 5S, LEAN, having multiple certificates for these classes along with Food service is almost shameful.

Pros: I love pizza, so making it as a second job for extra money is a joy.
Cons: The management doesn’t know how to manage, schedule, do precise inventory... it’s quite sad really.
