Carle Foundation Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Carle Foundation Hospital?

An awesome experience fill of opportunities to growth.
Graphic Designer in Raleigh:
Pros: The people and constant vision development.
Cons: Vacation benefits.
Patient Account Representative in Olney:
The pay is not as competitive as it should be, but the benefits package makes up for it. Overall, it is a good place of employment and compared to other hospitals in the region, it is one of the best.
A lot of great assignments, an endless supply of work.
Corporate Communications Specialist in Bloomington:
Pros: Variety of assignments and learning opportunities. Many rewording challenges.
Cons: Extremely heavy workload. With little assistance.
Carle OBGYN.
Obstetrician / Gynecologist (OB/GYN) in Mahomet:
Pros: My patients are for the most part appreciative. There is a need for what I do so I definitely feel I make a difference in others lives.
Cons: From the bottom up and top down - major issues with sexism particularly in the OR and lounges, cultural insensitivity/racism, biases and microaggressions. Despite Carle foundation day last year (focused on diversity). Not much has been done and there is a need for improvement. Lack of transparency with leadership
Carle is not as great as they think.
Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) in Chicago:
Pros: Fixing stuff, and going home
Cons: Pay not being dealt fairly, being paid less that others with less experience is sickening
