Cardinal Glass Industries, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Cardinal Glass Industries, Inc.?

Room for improvement.
Maintenance Mechanic in Centralia:
Pros: I love my job as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician. There are alot of things that you do not see in other facilities and a great place to cut your teeth on getting every aspect of mechanical training and troubleshooting.
Cons: Pay is double digits below average like making 23 and journeyman mechanic at other places for same amount of work load is 37+ which is very demoralizing. Supervisors bonuses are driven by production goals, which means when a drive shaft is going out they run it until it could possibly do catastrophic damage to the machinery rather than hand the line to maintenance in order to fix it ahead of time.
Not a good place to work.
Research Scientist in Prairie du Sac:
Pros: We are working to help the world save energy.
Cons: Toxic work environment, low morale, bad management
