Canton Potsdam Hospital Reviews
What is it like working at Canton Potsdam Hospital?
Small Town Hospital Medical Department Nurse Practitioner.
Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Potsdam:
Pros: The independence to see patients, assess and enact a care plan that leads to patients getting better.
Cons: Communication with administration, bureaucracy now that we have expanded into a much larger health care system.
Registered Nurse (RN):
CPH has always treated me very well. Whether for sickness, berevement, etc. I have never had a problem with taking time off.
Benefits, for me personally, have always good. I have not ever had a problem with receiving the benefits I needed to use. I would give them 5 stars.
Communication from administration could be better.
When being Team Lead (PPM CLINIC/PROVIDER OFFICE), manager needs to back you, instead of nullifying everything you have tried to do. Or sending you "nasty grams" (email). Never talk to you personally, just send emails.
