What is it like working at California Closet Company, Inc.?
Pitiful.
Project Engineer in Hawthorne:
Pros: The work is interesting and you get to know some really interesting people.
Cons: The upper management is atrocious and I have never felt that I have been appreciated properly.
Fair Employer.
Senior Accountant in Phoenix:
Pros: Team is fantastic (miss not seeing them anymore with work from home options). I can count on my coworkers and leaders to be supportive.
Cons: Since new leadership took over, communication with employees have ceased. Pay compression is a serious problem (I've seen all salaries) and the company is going through too many changes at once, driven by new leadership.
Needs work.

Cons: No hr, bare bones communication between employees and management.
Make no plans!

Pros: provides everything you need to do the job
Cons: often have jobs incorrect
