Extremely Rewarding yet, highly stressful.

Parts Manager in Portland:
Pros: I like being the variety that comes day to day
Cons: I’m severely underpaid and do other people’s job them
Caliber is an awesome company to work for, I just don't like the Caliber that I currently work at because its very stressful and my work and time is not appreciated. I'm thinking about transferring to a different Caliber.
Auto Body Technician in The Villages:
Pros: Fixing cars and see the end results. I love taking a totally wrecked vehicle and fixing it to see how it turns out. I enjoy the work I do very much.
Cons: The only thing I don't like is the fact that im the fastest technician in the shop and my manager doesn't always appreciate the things I do for him and the shop. I love the company I work for just not the particular one I am at right now. No one gets along there and I feel like they try take advantage of me because I'm the youngest one there and I love working. They try to put to much work on my at times and expect me to get it all done with a snap of a finger. Then there are times where my manager holds out on work and I don't make enough hours at the end of the week.
Same pay as a detailer never got a raise that was offered.

Cons: Micro Management
