Challenging work for resourceful people. Starting pay is NOT competitive but the flip-side is the CVSC will invest in people with little to no experience in this industry. The learning curve is vast and if played correctly you can monetize the experience-internal or with another organization.
Excellent sense of direction and positive impact in my life and those I manged.
