Pharmacy Technician in Beverly:
Pros: I loved a lot of different things about my job although I am a former employee I love to help customers I love to help customers save money or not even have to spend money on prescriptions that may or may not be covered under insurance etc. I love the whole aspect of helping out others as well as creating a better outlook for our customers whom often transfer from different pharmacies.. giving them the WOW experience is heart warming.
Cons: when speaking with management I was always often left without any information in regards to whatever question or concern I had as well as being written up many many times for false information and that was by two male pharmacists and a lead tech. at one point I took a leave of absence for one full month due to severe mental health status especially because of the constant targeting and disrespect directed towards me. management and district leaders AND ethics line ignored every issue i ever addressed as if i was an outcast.I was written up prior to my leave due to high volume of customers this is because of that day the pharmacist denied my request for my break due to irritability and returned to the registers alone, everyone always yelled at me for being more than simply helpful to my coworkers but to the customers as well. i finally was terminated and i was presented with a final warning and told corporate did not want me there after reviewing my attendance performance in which they looked at 8-9 months of prior to present time records (new alleged policy) and said i am terminated. i was unsure how to react aside from letting my major depression disorder (MDD) get the best of me and tried to defend myself many false accusations and summer of 2019 and my constant complaints filed and addressed to corporate and my manager no one took anything into consideration etc. how the company cares for only the big wigs and all of their investors and customers.
