Terrible.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Lubbock:
Pros: The relationships ive built with patients
Cons: The management took 4 months to switch me to the "correct" payscale and 1 month to decide they werent going to give me a 0.25¢ raise
Stress.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Pottstown:
Pros: Customers, pushing freight to sales floor, bringing a smile to someones face that doesn't feel well.
Cons: Stress, lack of concern for employees mental wellbeing, harder you work the more work you get, extreme shift changes.
It's great depending on the day.

Pros: The pay
Cons: Not enough hours to go around. And its only 4 of us
I do like my job.

Pros: The customer base I've developed over the years working with the company is large, and I refer to them as My Customer"!
Cons: Too many tasks asked of you, while waiting on the customer.

Cons: Corporate is focused on numbers. They have reduced the stores to skeleton staff but expect more, more, more all the time.
