Bupa International Reviews
What is it like working at Bupa International?
Mediocre.
Training Consultant in Wolverhampton:
Pros: The ability to work from home when not out training.
Cons: Covered in red tape. Decisions are made high up in the business without any thought from people on the ground. Extremely difficult to get a pay rise for already well below average salary. No opportunities for overtime, and unless you want to move operationally there is no development for a trainer.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst in Brighton:
Pros: Am given plenty of autonomy
Cons: Lack of opportunities to progress/develop.
Projects/work is not particularly exciting
Agile methodology followed where it's not always the optimum working-style for the project
