Pros: The people I work with, the patients that I know were impacted by my guidance truly gives me the sense of making difference; of having hope and seeing beauty in sometimes bleak or dark places. Great sense of purpose
Cons: There is little to no communication between the director/management and employees of the company. There is absolutely no Job security, the turn over rate is astounding; that's not to say that anyone is "mean" but one does get the sense of being easily replaceable
