Cons: Low pay rate. Lack of training opportunities. Communication with management needs improvement.
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Saint Simons Island:
No benefits. Poor pay even if you have years of experience. Management always right, I own my franchise mentality. Flexible hours, just not enough to make a living. Very good RN staff who were willing to answer questions.
