Brigham and Women's Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Brigham and Women's Hospital?

Understanding Management Team with great benefits.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in Boston:
Pros: Very accomodating when it comes to familial commitments that keep me away from work. I feel no pressure or stigma about the fact I'm a parent who has obligations outside/that take me away from work. Those in management, both male & female also prioritize their families. Generous annual review bumps, remote options can be available, one BTO pool.
Cons: being a non profit, the salary scale CAN be low, & non negotiable to ensure equitibility is kept level throughout departments.
Over worked underpaid and appreciated.

Cons: Over worked
Great learning experience.
Patient Care Assistant (PCA) in Boston:
Pros: Teamwork
Cons: Hours
