Bridgestone Tire Reviews

What is it like working at Bridgestone Tire?

Multi-cultural environment.
Global Mobility Specialist in Zaventem:
Pros: Multi-cultural, opportunity to connect with colleagues around the world.
Cons: Compensation
Cool benefits but little growth.
Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager in Singapore:
Pros: job security, stability
Cons: little growth, no transparency, leadership and management style
Automobile Service Advisor in Orlando:
Horrible management. Lot of pressure for sales. Very aggressive not very helpful or enough time to care or help each person. Disorganized workflow for the mechanics... Issues with parts and availability having to be on phone all the time or on hold for parts. Customers paid a huge markup actually spending more than the dealer and having issues with repairs after 12 months or 12k miles because we used the cheapest parts possible. Mechanics are rushed and if you took lunch or didnt check in your appointment other coworkers would steal to take the spiff from you. Many added responsibilities above your pay grade.
Stressful very little communication and alot of unskilled micromanaging.
Maintenance Mechanic in Bloomington:
Pros: The satisfaction of a well running machine that i have diagnosed and repaired
Cons: Micromanaging by manager that dont know how things work
