Cons: Overcrowded, cameras monitoring everything constantly, being criticized and not helped by uppers management,, accepting DCFS kids whom are placement issues, most are antisocial, aggressive, attack peers and staff daily, accepting do not return patients, short staffed, lol ack be of my communication, etc

Cons: Overcrowded patients, accepting patients who are violent, in DCFS placement kids whom are violent towards staff members and peers, to tearing up the hospital frequently, attacked staff, no repercussions for their actiond
Sad. Overworked, unappreciated, we are worth alot more than we are oaud.
