Pros: I like that I've been give mostly free reign over major projects in the shop, but a majority of this is at the hands of my own personal experience and not so much the reaching of the master technician/shop foreman.
Cons: I've been put in a corner with the newest General Manager as a first time interaction with him. After some discussions, things with him and my Service Manager have gotten much better. No longer having communication and expectation issues. Still, not the best place to work. I know I'm worth more and better
