Boy Scouts of America Reviews

What is it like working at Boy Scouts of America?

Just Okay.
Bookkeeper in Buffalo:
Pros: I have flex hours.
Cons: No communication, volunteering to do clean up days, is non existent, it's the white elephant in the room, not spoke of or not approached to solve. It is a problem for someone else to do the job. " Prima Donnas" , unfair to hourly, so few of us... mainly two people will clean on our on accord, but a cleaning rotating should be shared by everyone. We are not asked by the boss, we do it to try to be helpful, but it is rude.
New to DE.
District Operations Manager in Tyler:
Pros: The ability to enable volunteers to positively impact the life’s of youth
Cons: The low pay and low sense of moral in the organization
Love working with families and taking care of my store. Frustrating to work for a nonprofit.
Retail Store Manager in Staten Island:
Pros: Organizing my store
