Life is good.

Bon Appetit Management Co.
Event Planner in Seattle:
Pros: The company itself has great values. They actively work towards a sustainable future.
Cons: Bon Appetit exists in many different companies around the country. I don't believe that each account lives the BA values. I also believe that BA is a little slow to adapt with changing times, IE remote work etc...
Flexible professional environment with great core beliefs.

Cons: Very protective HR policies - difficult to hold staff accountable, repetition, wear too many hats at times
Stressful crazy hours due to understaffing.

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Long hours/stressful work with little pay.
