Blue Star Group Reviews

What is it like working at Blue Star Group?

Repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and preventive maintenance.
HVAC Technician in Bangalore:
Pros: Repairing the hvac equipments
Cons: Avarage salary
Housekeeper in Sylva:
New employees who are hired after you make more money than you. Only gives you a cost of living raise, which amount to pennies. Had 90 hours of Paid time off taken from me. Told we would be given tips from working wedding and never received. Worked one year and had to have over time and never got paid for it. Had to drive personal car to wash laundry. Owners were very nice and listened to needs but managers and some co-workers treated housekeepers badly. Instead of doing simple stuff that would take them minutes, would leave until housekeeper showed up or run them down to tell them to do. Also there were things managers could have been helping with, but them would play pool for at least 2 hours in afternoon. No other dept. Cleaned up after themselves, ( wiped bar area, wait staff area,) managers would bring in personal dogs and housekeeper would be expected to clean up after them, . So in my opinion, housekeepers should have been paid more, since they not only cleaned for public but for all workers too. Then when a employee was told by doctor not to use chemicals or the vaccum they provided they did not offer or give the employee things they could use. When a employee got offered better job bend over backwards trying to see that employee did not get that job.
