Big O Tires, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Big O Tires, Inc.?

Bullshit.
Lube Technician in Ogden:
Pros: It is close to home and I barely have to commute at all compared to my last job at Young Ford Morgan
Cons: That the compensation system is bullshit.
Fast paced.
Automobile Mechanic in Tucson:
Pros: I like the fact that they took someone like me who was going through a hard time from the streets and gave me a chance. It was almost like given a second chance. They are very understanding when you are sick such as when I had food poisoning for a week and could not make it in a week and my recent bout of having the flu and mystic few days, so they will work with you more so than anybody else that I know of when it comes to detrimental effects on life and the discounts on tires are great
Cons: Getting a pay raise usually only happens when the minimum wage gets increased almost obligatory. I'm getting a promotion happens when somebody dies or retires. And benefits are non-existent at best, so you can say that it's a great place for someone who's just starting out in the automotive field and it's a great place for in between jobs because it's stable as long as you show up.
