Best Buy Reviews
What is it like working at Best Buy?
Fantastic Job, but the pay is lacking.
Sales Advisor in Coralville:
Pros: I like that I come to work to make an important impact on my clients and my coworkers.
Cons: There is room for improvement when it comes to communication with specific leadership. On another note, the promotion process seems to be properly communicated, but the pay increase with those promotions is hardly communicated at all.
Stable place to work.
Warehouse Coordinator in Las Vegas:
Pros: All the benefits allowed to us. The pay is competitive
Cons: Movement in the company is slow going and opportunities for growth is shrinking
Unsuccessful unappreciated.
Asset Protection Specialist in Clarksville:
Pros: As retail family, the education of customers for getting them the minimum-necessary items to solve their needs
Cons: Being expected/forced to ,no required to get customers to sign up for the bestbuy credit card. Or add on insurances. Micro management and ever wishy-washy policies/SOP!
Good but Unirganized.
