Poor leadership effects everyone.
Worship Pastor in Mansfield:
Pros: No day is the same. Opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Enthusiasm for my role.
Cons: The deacons growing leadership when they only meet for 2-3 hours monthly. Horrible decisions by deacons over the last 15-20 years related particularly to treatment of pastors and "leading" the church when they don't know what leading in a ministry setting means. Illegal actions by leadership (largely interim pastor and multiple deacon chairmen, but also other deacons and longer term pastors) especially related to discussing employee's work with other fellow employees, mismanagement of funds, lying about what has actually occurred when asked, painting a picture that makes them seem right even though they aren't.
