Benjamin Moore Paints Reviews

What is it like working at Benjamin Moore Paints?

Territory Sales Representative in Clinton Township:
Overall, great company to work for. Management is approachable and encourages growth. Good benefits. Territory Rep compensation is a bit low considering all the hats that come with the job compared to same position(title) at competition. Paid similar to other paint companies reps but have more tasks and important big picture business decisions to make in territory other than selling to contractors. Sales dynamic is very diverse because business model supports small entrepreneur owners of stores. This is also a plus as it is satisfying to help locally owned businesses succeed.
Very satisfying work if you have a passion for the business.
Territory Sales Representative in Clinton Township:
Pros: The company is small enough to have a closer relationship with upper management. I have freedom to develop my own plan and manage myself most of the time.
Cons: Wearing a lot of hats in this position. Time management and prioritizing can be difficult. Different company divisions are not always on same page.
