Bell Company Reviews

What is it like working at Bell Company?

Good workplace relationships.
Analytics Consultant in Montreal:
Pros: They don't micro manage. Lot's of room for improvement.
Cons: Lots of bureaucratic hurdles to get things done. IT blocks progress.
Not Worth It Unless You Have Some Deep Existential Need To Manage Construction.
Project Engineer in Glen Burnie:
Pros: Pay is good or so I'm told
Cons: Working 50-60 hours a week on the regs and being looked down upon if you don't like it. Using PTO usually leads to more work piling up once you get back. Lack of communication between managers-you'll get inconsistent directions and take the punches for following someone else's directions. Machismo and cult-like devotion to the company. Advancement doesn't actually improve your pay for the effort you have to put in. In certain offices room for learning is limited and you'll get chewed out for being 5 minutes late after giving them 10-20 hours of free labor. Most of the personalities here are pretty robotic and unfeeling, it's only about the results Bell gets. Up to you to decide if that's a good thing or not.
