Pros: Freedom to schedule & Not micromanaged
Cons: Poorly Generally managed & some other employees have too much leash and burdens others, select few can pick and choose what jobs they want and cherry pick the good jobs and they don't even work hard for it.
Horrible HR and employer concern for workers rights.

Pros: I was able to do what I love, train 20 plus workers how to, renovate and remodel at a high rate of production and efiiciency safely.
Cons: It is not merit based opportunities and other employees whther above you or co workers steal credit or place blame on each other like crabs in a pot. The diversity is almost non existent above laborer.
