Good opportunity for young content creators, but poor pay.
Web Content Specialist in Boston:
Pros: I have media credentials to cover Boston's pro sports teams. I am able to cover teams on a daily basis and attend games or practices.
Cons: The pay is awful and the company, primarily a radio broadcasting company, is woefully behind on digital content development and doesn't seem to understand digital in general.
A very sexist, unfair work environment.
Radio Show Host in Augusta:
Pros: Making people happy on our radio show each morning.
Cons: Managers do not invest in tools to help me improve. I am unfairly compensated, compared to my male counterparts (even though I am more experienced and educated than they are.)
