Pros: Coworkers are excellent and the medicine is exciting.
Cons: Underappreciated by higher management. Terrible health insurance and benefits.

Management treats physicians very poorly. Pay inequity, a lot of uncompensated work time, broken contract promises... All 5 physicians hired in last 4 years have quit! That speaks for itself! Would not recommend working here.
