Bayada Nursing Reviews
What is it like working at Bayada Nursing?
Good Company.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in West Babylon:
Pros: Friendly office staff, a lot of options with cases, 1:1 care is more rewarding for both client and staff.
Cons: I believe pay could be better based on research of pay and cost of living. Cases closest to staff homes should be offered first vs just trying to fill harder cases.
Eh its ok.
Nurse Home Care in Toms River:
Pros: Making a difference in the lives of disabled children
Cons: Having to beg for a raise, terrible benefits, not feeling appreciated, not feeling heard
Great.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: I really enjoy all my clients and their family. But mostly letting them know I'm there for them..
Cons: Pay is a little short.
Satisfactory.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: I love taking care of my clients. Their happiness and ability to live a better life because of their nurses makes my job worthwhile.
Cons: The pay isn't great. The benefits are terrible. I don't even get paid time off. I feel like I will never get a raise because we rely mostly on government payers and they keep cutting our budget.
