Baxter International Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Baxter International Inc?

Challenging, but I enjoy what I do.
Production Technician in Morganton:
Pros: The hands on work, and people I work with
Cons: Sometimes doing supervisor's work but not receiving the necessary pay
Magic maker with limited resources.
Marketing Specialist in Johannesburg:
Pros: Being strategic and creative
Cons: Unappreciation and high demand for support from sales team without using what is provided
Export order logistics, knowledge of trade regulations, report generating.
Supply Chain Analyst in Chicago:
Pros: telecommuting
Cons: management team
Fraud Analyst in Vernon Hills:
The culture here is great, this is a company that really does the right thing for its employees. Benefits are the best I've had at any company and the management is fair and does a great job with being open in their communications.
CSR Front.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Mississauga:
Pros: The people you work with
Cons: The role was advertised as a Customer Service Position. However, the job is nowhere near being a customer service role. You get paid much less than what you should be compensated for, carrying out many tasks that are unrelated to customer service (ie. production planning, data processing and generating reports). Rather, this job is more analytical rather than customer service oriented.
Senior Executive Assistant in Chicago:
Good company. Nice coworkers. A lot of double/triple hatting - not sure the pay is commensurate. Benefits could be better. Culture is trying to improve but a lot of slowdowns still exist. Need better on boarding and more overall basic training for new employees.
Maintenance Technician:
Says they care about you, only a few do, say they are market competitive but reward poor work over hard working. Medical is good. Pay is decent for a remote area but under national average by over $15.
