They see their employees as numbers. You are only as valuable as your pay scale. HR doesnt appreciate you as an individual. I enjoyed my coworkers but they pay was just offensive. They expect you to pick up everyone else's workload when staff leave and they refuse to hire new staff and will not give you a raise for taking on the extra work either.
